Initial Coaching Session + Intake Process

This includes a 15-20 minute patient intake, which can be scheduled separately, as well as a one-hour coaching session and personalized care plan.
Individual Somatic Coaching Session
$160 / 60 mins
$240 / 90 mins
In addition to the live session time, this includes any necessary updates to your personalized care plan specifically tailored to your healing journey.
Three & six Session Packages

Cancellation Policy:
Sessions can be cancelled with no charge up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the fee the first time and 80% of the fee subsequent occurrences, with the exception of emergencies which will be decided on a case by case basis.
